Churches Together in Windsor is committed to safeguarding as an integral part of its life and ministry. Safeguarding is about the action the Church takes to promote a safer culture. This means we will:

• promote the welfare of children, young people and adults
• work to prevent abuse from occurring
• seek to protect and respond well to those that have been abused.

Churches Together in Windsor is a grouping of a number of churches, each with its own safeguarding policy.  As such, any activity taking place will be subject to the safeguarding policy of the church building in which it occurs.  In the event of the activity being off church premises, one of the member churches shall take safeguarding lead for the event, and the activity will operate under the policy of that church for the duration of the event.
